Who can turn down a morning in Garden of the Gods? We'll close the park to traffic, so runners can enjoy their race, traffic free! Runners can choose between a road race or a trail race! Whether choosing road or trail, runners are treated to views of the iconic scenes of the Garden, Siamese Twins, Kissing Camels, and Balanced Rock.  All with snow capped Pikes Peak in the backdrop. Runners who want to spend more time amid the impressive red rock formations can now run a 9.5 mile course! Closed roads and beautiful scenery make this race through "America's Most Beautiful Park" a must do!

Course Cutoff Information:

The course will close at 9:30 AM. The Double Take runners must enter the trail portion of the course by 8:15 a.m. If you miss the 8:15 a.m. cutoff, you will be directed to finish the 5 mile road race instead.

Information Regarding Packet Pickup Process:

• You will need to have a photo ID in order to receive your packet.

• Runners may pick up the goody bag and shirt of a registered runner, who will not be in attendance.

• Runners may not pick up someone else's bib.  

• Entries are non-transferable

Parking will be located at Rock Ledge Ranch, at Gateway and 30th St. Please follow the directions of CSPD and parking attendants.

Currently, there is road construction happening near the entrance to Garden of the Gods. You will need to approach Garden of the Gods from the North. The road will be closed when approaching from the south. See detour map.

The finish line is located in the exact same location as the starting line. We will be serving runner approved goodies! We'll also have water, soda, etc available.

All Runners will receive a custom race shirt and a finisher's medal.
