Experience Valkyrie Trail Race
This isn’t just a race — it’s a gathering of fierce, trail-loving women who lift each other up with every mile.
Women focused Valkyrie Trail Race invites you to experience the trails in a way that’s energizing, empowering, and uniquely yours. With 4 Mile, Half Marathon, Marathon, and 50K distances, there's space here for every pace and every phase — from seasoned ultrarunners to first-time trail adventurers.
The race begins in wide open meadows on smooth crushed limestone before leading you onto winding singletrack that climbs toward the rugged ridgelines of Cheyenne Mountain. You'll descend into pine-shaded canyons, navigate rocky, technical paths, and soak up expansive views that remind you just how strong you are.
Set against the backdrop of Cheyenne Mountain State Park in the bloom of spring, Valkyrie is more than a challenge — it’s a celebration. Expect high-fives, shared grit, and that unbeatable feeling of running wild with a crew of women who just get it.
